Sailor Shooz – Comfortable, Stylish, Affordable

Ladies Line Dance Shoes

For Ladies line dance shoes, the choice is endless.  50 Shades has nothing on us, as we can supply in well over 50 different colours to match up with your favourite line dance outfit.  However, to start with,  our top line dance shoes will only be available to order in a few colours, but if you would like your shoes in another colour, we can of course oblige.

Style, shade and comfort is are what you are looking for in a dance shoe.  Some have one, some two but when all three of these come together as one, in the moment you slide your foot into a pair, you just know they are right for you and you can dance the night away.  Let your feet do the talking and browse away through our top line dance shoes……. ….

Ladies line dance shoes have evolved over the last 50 years from when  line dance began in the late 1970s. My first pair were a  white soft leather pair that I wore so much, that they could dance on their own by the time they were no longer fit for purpose!  Modern ladies line dance shoes are now much more affordable, comfortable and stylish and our range varies from the basic Grecian sandal, which are great for holidays and weekends, but not for those who need a more supportive dance shoe, to the Oxford style shoe, which is suitable for class.  Line dance shoes used to be plain old black, this definitely still has a place but now they can also be bought in whatever colour you want,  Bling it On or keep it plain but colourful – the choice is yours!.  As in with anything, there is a pair of shoes for every eventuality, but our main priority is to ensure they are comfortable and fit for purpose when you are dancing.  Just as Wellies would not be your first choice of shoe for a beach holiday, nor flip flops during a storm, every shoe has its place, and our range of top line dance shoes only belong on the dance floor!  If you need any guidance on what is best for you, please contact us and we can discuss your specific needs further.  Sailors are known to have a port in every storm and Sailor Shooz has a top line dance shoe in every colour!  Not every colour is available to order on line so just choose the plain black and contact us to discuss shades!

Nowadays our line dance shoes for ladies come in a variety of styles and  colours, from our comfortable Velcro range – built for comfort and ease of functionality when fastening with the Velcro strap, to our latest Diamante range which are complimented with a scattering of rhinestones to make them shine and glitter on the dance floor.  Our Velcro line dance shoes for ladies come in silver, black and purple chameleon, so they are not only extremely comfortable, but look stylish too.

Our Diamante range of ladies line dance shoes has something for everyone, from these little beauties, which come in a range of shades, to our Glitter range in Black, Gold and Silver.

Black and White has always been fashionable and our ladies line dance shoes will make you look spiffingly good.   These usually come with our normal line dance heel, but they also look good in the higher latin heel.

Our Ladies line dance shoes are all custom made to the highest quality, the experienced workmanship that goes into each of our shoes is second to none, giving you the durability and performance expected. The majority of our Ladies line dance shoes come in a wide fitting if required, meaning  you receive the extra comfort that wide fitting brings.

All our top line dance shoes feature cushioned innersoles that provide great comfort and protect feet from shock and stress, while at the same time being extremely lightweight.  With Ladies line dance shoes, this is extremely important on the dance floor.  Our top line dance shoes also have a thin suede sole that allows the shoes to glide across the floor with just the right amount of grip.  Dance shoes are also flexible, allowing the shoe to move with the foot.

Womens line dance shoes  - taking care of them

As with all products, wear and tear play a great part but you can extend their life by brushing the soles and heels regularly with a wire brush.  This removes any dirt adhering to the suede picked up from our spotless (!) dance floors, which in turn can prevent the suede sole from doing its job.  See our accessories page for our two types of brush, a compact foldable handbag (or pocket) size brush (these come in black, pink or white) and one you can keep in your shoe bag.  All our shoes come with a free shoe bag to keep your shoes clean and a few spare diamanté rhinestones as these can sometimes come off as you scuff through the steps.  They are easy to replace – all you need is a pair of tweezers, select one and heat it on the iron and voila!  Spare suede heel patches are available on our accessories page if required.

As with all suede soled Ladies line dance shoes, it is advisable not to venture out into the rain with them on.  However, it does not ruin them if you get caught out.  You can wash them with warm water and then dry them and use a brush to bring them back to their former glory.

If you would like a zipped shoe bag, please see the accessories page for the ones we have in our range.

The heel size is also important when choosing from our Ladies line dance shoes, see our heel chart for your preferred height.  The ‘Ladies line dance shoe’ heel is usually the CM2.5, however, you could choose the latin heel CM4.2 if you like a higher heel, normally used in Latin dances, i.e. rumba, cha cha or tango etc.  ..

We have started out our range of Ladies line dance shoes with just a few of our most popular top line dance shoes, however, if there is something you really want, please do not hesitate to contact us and if it’s possible, we can make it happen.

Check them out.  Who knew that so much was involved in picking the perfect pair of dance shoes.
